· 资源对接:搞定美国酒店、车队、餐厅等询价与预订,做资源的“大管家”。 
· 文案翻译:负责邀请函、公务咨询及英文项目的翻译与整理,要求地道、精准。 
· 情报收集:挖掘小众宝藏资源,建立独家数据库。 
· 危机处理:团队在境外遇到问题,你负责快速响应,给出最优解。 
· 灵活办公:可在家办公或者远程工作,偶尔需要外出处理事务。居住地纽约首选。

■ Responsibilities 
· Resource Coordination: Handle inquiries and bookings for U.S. hotels, car services, restaurants, and more, managing these resources efficiently. 
· Translation & Document Management: Translate invitation letters, business communications, and project documents accurately from Chinese to English and vice versa. 
· Information Gathering: Research and build a unique database of lesser-known, valuable resources to support the team's needs.
· Crisis Management: Respond quickly to issues faced by the team overseas, providing optimal solutions to ensure smooth operations. 
· Flexible Work: Option for remote work, with occasional travel required for on-site tasks. Preference for candidates based in New York. 
 
■ Qualifications 
· U.S. undergraduate degree or higher; current students or recent graduates, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related fields. 
· Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication skills to interact with U.S. clients and partners. 
· Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
