Then, enjoy some time at leisure to make your own bets on the casino floor. Enjoy a gourmet lunch at a nearby restaurant before being privately transferred back to your hotel via water taxi.

Lucia’s coastline; then head offshore to an insider fishing hotspot known only to local captains. Enjoy time to sit back and relax as you troll for snapper, dorado and wahoo, and make sure you’re prepared for a memorable fight when you get a bite. 

Once you have landed a viable catch, your captain and crew will be on hand to clean, filet and store it in the onboard cooler. 

Make your way back to shore and meet a local renowned chef who will prepare your catch alongside farm fresh vegetables and homemade rum punch during a gourmet lunch at his very own restaurant in the quaint fishing village of Soufriere.

This morning, you will be privately transferred by helicopter and SUV from Jade Mountain to the championship Sandals St. Lucia Golf & Country Club at Cap Estate for an early morning tee-off. 

Set among a lush tropical landscape dotted with vibrant wild orchids and bromeliads, this championship course is the only one of its kind on the island. 

Beginning in early 2018, it has undergone a major renovation and redevelopment spearheaded by the legendary golf course designer Greg Norman to elevate its level of play to one the very highest in the Caribbean. 

After a successful morning on the links, enjoy a leisurely lunch before returning to your resort in the afternoon.
