美国公务出访全方案——深化中美互访交流

一、公务出访目的：

公务访问美国的意义在于深化双边关系，推动具体合作，展示外交姿态，并学习借鉴美国的经验，以提升本国的治理能力与国际影响力，这种高层次的接触有助于建立更加牢固的战略伙伴关系。

二、公务出访流程手续：

■ 出访任务的确认与申请

拟定出国任务的具体计划，内容包括出访目的、访问国家或地区、时间安排、出访人员名单、经费预算等。

■ 联系相关对口的政府单位和企业

不断积极沟通，获取正式的邀请文件。

■ 申请报批和审批：

填写《出国（境）任务申请表》，并附上相关出访计划材料，向上级主管部门申请报批 4，护照和签证办理准备好签证材料及预约签证时间；

■ 获得签证，统一培训，赴美出访

在全部手续办理完成后，出访人员按计划执行出国任务。

■ 归国汇报与总结

向单位或上级部门提交出国任务总结报告，报告中应包括出访成果、会谈内容、签署的合作协议等，详细汇报出访期间的工作情况。
