VIP Service Tiers

我们服务的机场高端接送服务包含三种不同类型：VIP服务、VIP PLUS服务、VVIP服务

一、机场 VIP服务流程

信息流程：

1、填写贵宾公司的联系单或通过电话提前一天向贵宾公司信息联络部预约，联系单上需由乙方授权签字人员签章。

2、贵宾公司信息联络部收到联系单或电话预约后同客人确认约会时间和地点，并明确服务内容后下发任务单。 

服务内容： 

① 协助办理值机手续 

② 快速通道，海关、边检（国际航班） 

③ 指引前往贵宾室或捷运口（卫星厅航班）

④ 自行前往贵宾室休息 

⑤ 登机提醒，客人自行前往登机口登机 

VIP Services Include: 

■ Flight check-in assistance 

■ Fast-track security, customs, and immigration clearance (for international flights) 

■ Escort to VIP lounges or satellite terminals

二、VIP PLUS服务 

信息流程：

2、贵宾公司信息联络部收到联系单或电话预约后同客人确认约会时间和地点，并明确服务内容后下发任务单。 

服务内容： 

① 约会，办理相关服务手续 

② 协助办票和行李托运（出发航班）

③ 举牌迎接，并协助行李提取（到达航班）

④ 安排贵宾室休息（出发航班）

⑤ 安排边防优先办证

VIP PLUS Services Include: 

■ Check-in and baggage assistance

■ Personalized meet-and-greet with name board and baggage retrieval 

■ Lounge access and priority immigration clearance

三、机场 VVIP服务

信息流程：

1、填写贵宾公司的联系单或通过电话提前一天向贵宾公司信息联络部预约，联系单上需由乙方授权签字人员签章。

2、贵宾公司信息联络部收到联系单或电话预约后同客人确认约会时间和地点，并明确服务内容后下发任务单。

服务内容：

① 约会、办理相关服务手续 

② 协助办票和行李托运（出发航班）

③ 协助登机口迎接和行李提取（到达航班）

④ 安排贵宾室休息，提供贵宾室服务

⑤ 安排现场安检 

⑥ 机坪车辆摆渡 

⑦ 协助客人车辆临时停放 

VVIP Services Include: 

■ Private check-in and exclusive handling 

■ Direct tarmac boarding with dedicated vehicle transfers 

■ VIP lounge access with refreshments and concierge service 

■ Escort through security and personalized transportation coordination

外籍宾客首次入境接待流程

■ 国际航班到达：

旅客乘坐的境外航班抵达机场 T1航站楼，管家在廊桥口举牌迎接，协助办理入关手续，提取行李并安全送到上车点，让客人第一时间被接到。

■ 协助办理入境手续：

管家送机时提前等候，指导协助外宾办理入境手续，陪伴通过边防检查，协助办理行李搬运、值机等，顺利完成入境相关的证件查验和手续办理，直至将您安全送至登机口。

■ 陪同引导前往 T2航站楼：

多语种管家廊桥口举牌迎接，入境卡填写指导，礼遇通道快速出入关，VIP到达内道车位迎接，廊桥口递送团签，廊桥口举牌接团，递送签证原件，协助过边防，提取行李并送至到达口，协助外宾解决中转衔接繁琐问题，协助外宾入境后的对接等相关事项。

■ 协助办理国内航班值机：

到达 T2航站楼后，前往对应的值机柜台办理手续，领取登机牌，如有托运行李，再次协助办理托运。

■ 再次安检：

陪同协助完成国内航班的安检程序。

■ 送达候机登机：

陪同前往登机口候机，直至顺利登机。

Procedures for Reception of Foreign Guests Arriving for the First Time Arrival of international flights:

■ When the international flight arrives at T1, the butler will hold up a sign at the entrance of the corridor bridge to welcome the guests, so that they can be received at the first time.

Assistance with immigration formalities: 

■ The butler will guide and assist the foreign guests to go through the immigration procedures, accompany them to pass the border inspection, and smoothly complete the inspection and formalities related to the entry of documents. 

Accompany and assist in baggage claim: 

■ Go to the baggage claim area together and help to claim checked baggage. 

Accompanying and guiding to T2 terminal: 

■ Accompanying and guiding to the terminal. 

Assist in check-in for domestic flights: 

■ After arriving at T2, go to the corresponding check-in counter to check in, get your boarding pass, and assist in checking in your checked baggage, if any. 

Security check again: 

■ Accompany and assist in completing the security check procedures for domestic flights. 

Delivered to the waiting plane for boarding: 

■ Accompany to the boarding gate to wait for the plane, until the smooth boarding.
